WELCOME, nice to have you here
I’m Léa :) she/her

An 80’s kid from Geneva (CH), living in Berlin for 10+ years

I’m passionate about presence, awareness, the mind, the body, and their intricate, constant interplay. We could argue the concept of separation of these anyway, couldn’t we?

For the last decade, I’ve explored and trained in practices that support embodiment and self-knowledge, with the curiosity to deepen the ability to connect authentically to ourselves… enabling new possibilities to relate more freely with others.

Fascinated by the beauty and similarly immense complexity of human relationships (romantic, intimate, friendships, family, work w/ an emphasis on the one of your choice) and sexuality, I took the path of qualifying as a Sex & Relationship Counsellor.

I aspire to move away from goal-oriented approaches to sexuality, to tune into what each of us might really desire and need.

My wish to learn, educate myself and share a therapeutic space around these two realms of relationships and sexuality, arose both from a sense of inspiration towards new possibilities, new forms of relating, communicating, but also out of frustration & sadness for having lacked appropriate education that fosters freedom, self-acceptance, honest (and when possible, respectful) communication, and… which centers ‘pleasure as the measure’ (to quote the one and only Dr. Emily Nagoski).

I will start offering 1-o-1 Counselling Sessions as a trainee therapist from October 2025 onward, and Intimate Partner Therapy starting March 2026.

  • Yin yoga is a gentle approach inviting us to ground in presence while contemplating and feeling the evolving bodily sensations as we hold a posture in stillness for several minutes.

It can be a deeply grounding experience and the occasion to reconnect kindly with our bodies’ stories, needs and immense possibilities.

For beginners and seasoned practitioners alike

  • Mindfulness invites us to gently return to the present moment — to meet our thoughts, emotions, and bodily sensations with curiosity, openness, and care. Through simple yet powerful practices, we learn to stay close to our direct experience without needing to fix or improve it.

An opportunity to reconnect with our inner landscape, and to relate to life with more spaciousness, clarity, and compassion.

  • Workshops & Retreats
Facilitating spaces for mindfulness, embodiment, and relational exploration — where structure meets softness, and depth meets play.

    Radio & Audio
Creator of Tender Surrender on Refuge Worldwide — weaving voice, music, and reflection on sensuality, mental health, and connection.

    Ceremony & Ritual
I’m open to requests for officiating weddings and life transitions with presence, care, and a deep respect for each story.

A note on
Care & Playfulness

In our productivity-obsessed Western societies, tirelessly streamlining both objects and organisms, care and playfulness may quietly invite us back to the solace of our tender, imperfect humanity and our kinship with other forms of life.

Playfulness, as our ability to be creative with the possibilities inside ourselves and all around us. Playfulness as not taking things for fixed and solid. Playfulness for believing more is possible. Playfulness as not needing to rationalise or make sense. Playfulness as chaos and the beauty within that. Playfulness as noticing the tiniest tickle in your neck as the most powerful sensation you’ve ever felt.

Care, as an ability to feel, notice and tend to what we wish to nourish. Care as accepting to listen deeply to all the feels, the euphoric, the shattering, the soft ones. Care as a commitment to refusing to desensitise ourselves to our humanity.
